Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Chicken- "Virginia Cookbook II"

We are trying this recipe today. I will let you know how it turns out.

Blue Cheese Vinaigrette Chicken:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 medium red onion
  • 6 boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 (6-ounce) bottle blue cheese vinaigrette dressing
  • Fresh Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Melt butter in a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Place chopped or sliced red onion in butter. Put in chicken breasts and pour blue cheese vinaigrette dressing over chicken. Cover with fresh Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
